1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Metz Corporation supplies EditFlow AI under the Fotodial Photography brand. This policy covers information handled through this website, including EditFlow AI download requests, purchases, licence support, website enquiries and WhatsApp enquiry links.
Contact Mukesh at contact@fotodialphotography.in or +91 9566424243 for questions, privacy requests or complaints. Our principal place of business is 7th floor, 3,1264b, Mayflower Valencia, Avinashi road, Coimbatore, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, 641004.
2. Information you provide
- EditFlow AI download requests: full name, email address, WhatsApp or telephone number, and city/state.
- Website enquiries: name, phone number, email address, service requested, event date, event or shoot location, and your message, according to the fields you complete.
- Purchases and licence support: customer contact information, selected plan, payment and order reference, payment status and licence details needed to fulfil and support the purchase.
- Support requests: the messages, screenshots, logs or other material you choose to share with us. Please provide only the information relevant to your issue.
We use this information to provide requested access and services, answer enquiries, deliver licence information, support activation, investigate issues, handle refunds and maintain relevant business records.
3. Website activity and download records
The website records enquiry activity and visits through its enquiry and traffic features. It stores the enquiry source, referring page, visitor identifier and associated timestamps alongside the enquiry details where applicable. Clicking a website WhatsApp button can create a click record even if you do not send a WhatsApp message.
The EditFlow download page uses a session cookie to manage access and the download request. Its activity records include a timestamp, visit or download event, device category, browser family, operating system, referring page and a visitor identifier derived from the connection's IP address. Download records also include the details supplied in the download form.
The download activity record uses the derived identifier instead of storing the raw IP address in that record. The identifier can still connect activity from the same source; it is not treated as anonymous information. Separate hosting or security logs may contain technical connection information, including IP addresses.
4. Cookies, analytics and external content
Session cookies support website functions such as preserving an enquiry response and authorising an EditFlow download. Disabling these cookies may affect those functions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
On pages where Google Analytics is enabled in the website settings, it measures website use and processes technical and usage information under Google's Privacy Policy. Its cookies and processing depend on the configured service and your browser controls.
The website may display social-media content, such as images from its Instagram feed. Loading content from an external provider can send that provider connection and browser information. Following a social-media link takes you to the provider's service and privacy terms.
5. WhatsApp enquiries
If you choose the website form's WhatsApp option, the website first stores the submitted enquiry and prepares a WhatsApp message containing those details. Your browser then opens the WhatsApp link. You can review the prepared message before sending it in WhatsApp.
Direct WhatsApp buttons may record the click and open a prepared introductory message. WhatsApp processes use of its service under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. You may contact us by email instead.
6. Payments and other service providers
PayU (PayU Money) and Razorpay are the payment providers for EditFlow AI purchases. Payment information supplied through their interfaces is handled under the PayU Payments Privacy Statement and Razorpay Privacy Policy. We use the order and transaction information available to us to verify purchases, provide licences, handle refunds and manage authorised renewals.
The website uses hosting services to store and operate website records. Hostinger's handling of information for its services is described in the Hostinger Privacy Policy. Staff and providers handling enquiries, hosting, payments or support access information relevant to those activities. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law.
Third-party services may process information in the locations described in their own privacy notices. Contact us if you need information about a particular provider involved in your request.
7. Software features and project information
Licence activation and device-linked access use the licence and device information needed for validation and support. EditFlow AI also includes features that use online planning services. A requested planning workflow can send analysis metadata and editing requirements to a server and receive an editing plan.
Software processing depends on the installed release and feature selected. Consult its feature notices and documentation before processing client material. This website policy does not represent that all software processing is local or that project information can never be transmitted. Media or diagnostic files you deliberately send to support are handled as support material.
8. Retention and your choices
Enquiry and download records support follow-up, licence assistance, troubleshooting, payment disputes and business record keeping. The current website workflow does not automatically erase these records after a download or when you close the browser. Session cleanup is separate from stored enquiry and activity records.
You can contact Mukesh to ask about information held about you, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where it applies, or raise a complaint. We assess requests against the purpose of the records and applicable requirements. Information needed for an ongoing purchase, active licence support, a dispute or a legal record-keeping duty may need to be retained; we will explain a relevant restriction when responding.
Where identity checks are necessary, we will ask for information proportionate to the request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card security codes, UPI PINs or unrestricted access to client files. Let us know if you no longer wish to receive optional promotional messages; necessary purchase and service messages may still be sent.
9. Policy updates
We will update this page when the information practices described here change. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions about a change can be sent to our published contact details.
